If you secure the velcro with the zipper and pull string straight up, the velcro will hold it on place and you areless likely to have it come unzipped in the water.

@@laurenhernandez7608 put em on everyday for the last 45 years. What sucks is trying them on for a new one. Take a plastic poop bag ,out around your foot and slide into your suit . Same with the hands. It's for a better slide
