Hi, Thank you so much for the excellent instructional video. It was Spot On. One little tip I would like to add for anybody who doesn't have a lot of strength in their hands, and/or you don't have any Vaseline or similar. Put about an inch of very hot water into a cup and dip the end of the tubing into the water for approx. 10 seconds. That softens the tubing enough for you to push it home and onto its fixing. The instructions sent with the product were hopeless. I am generally 'au fait' with doing assembly jobs but I just couldn't follow the drawings. If they were ten times larger then perhaps it would have been easier but your video was GREAT. Thank you once again.

I just get my Hozelock 5 Litre Garden Sprayer and it was not working from beginning, from Amazon. I did what you said and now, I can not pull up so easy, is keeping so good! Thanks, how ever if the sprayer is a crap, maybe you are not going to be able to open it, that is the reason which I bought this one because is easy to service!

I bought, assembled and used this sprayer WITHOUT seen this video or reading manufacturer instructions. After 10 years of intensive use my old Type 4445 Hozelock 5 L sprayer died so I bought the new 5 L Hozelock 4505. Cons: Ridiculious short/small all plastic lans. No carrying harness/strap Only 3 L in stead of 5L, so 2 L less then my old one. Cannot "lock" the grip/handle while spraying I send it back

Well you need to make sure it’s properly pumped but it’s not electric so won’t be crazy strong.

Like all the others on here, thank you! My first attempt at interpreting the tiny pictures resulted in my wife flooding the utility room floor with weed killer. Then I remembered - whatever the job there's always a KZbin video. Yours was the first up. Problem solved in 10 secs. Hozelock, your instructions are appalling and reflect badly on you as a company!
