Very useful video I am getting a ton of WW2 gear but had close to no idea how to set it up!

The first aid pouch location was moved from the left rear to front right in 42 (I think)

Excellent video as always. One question. I have a n M1923 cartridge belt that I inherited from my dad. It's a repro that he bought back in the 1990's, and while it is sturdily built it only has four eyelets on the top row above the ammo pouches. One eyelet at the buckle end of the pouches and one at the other end of them, thus two eyelets per side on top. Is this simply a poorly made belt, or was there some specific branch of the US Military that used these? Thanks for any insight you may have on this.

Hi! I’m from New Hampshire, sorry you lost your fork cover here! I am looking to get into reenacting but I haven’t had any luck finding information about it here in NH. Any tips?

For years i thought that Dana Designs built the Racer X modeled on the M 43 jungle pack. Then i saw this thing. The only thing it's missing is a dry bag.

God the haversack looks complicated. No disrespect intended but the British 1937 webbing and pack seems much better in comparison.

The looks are deceiving however it is definitely impractical compared to the 1937 pattern or musette bag.
