It's really funny how everyone thinks warrior is bad against mages, when warrior is actually probably the best against mages For the sake of fairness, we'll say the warrior has charms too. Ship Pennant and Little Bell would probably be best in my opinion against a mage, not like I have either of them but it's an example and I know how they work at the very least Charge the mage and use cs at the end. This should bait the mage into using either cr or tp. However clearly tp is the superior option as you can get far away and continue spamming your ice bolts without wasting cr so I will assume the mage uses tp. They will spam ice bolt and try to freeze you. Obviously. So then you just wait for them and then sit there and wait to get frozen. But right as the fifth ice bolt hits you use tempering. You will immediately be given 20 movement speed and charge. Usually you shouldn't use charge but in the case of a mage 20 movement speed is nowhere near enough to negate their slows and they'll probably be using shatterfrost so you want to cancel that. They shouldn't have tp yet, so after you charge to them you can just ship pennant enrage whirlwind (ship pennant because if you don't a mage with ship pennant can just get out). A mage's first reaction would be to use cr because of course they have it so why not use it but whirlwind completely ignores cr so that's completely useless. They would either sit there are just take the damage or use ice block, or in the case of someone that plays more defensively they would have ice shield to deal with this situation but clearly if you want to kill someone quickly you won't opt for that, like in the case of the video. And even if the mage is smart enough to cr you after whirlwind you haven't even used your bell so if they cr you after whirl bell out and relentless cry if you are low and then cs/spam slash if you can. Then rinse and repeat other than the bell part because bell has 60 sec cd. Ice block has a really long cooldown that is not enough to save you if you get into a really bad situation where someone quickly bursts you down. Only counter against this is to run ice shield This only works on dps war on tank war you just run tempering and then use your crazy amount of health to escape because you have no dps whatsoever to deal with ice block.

Explain why the mage must use cr or tp after cs? What if they just 5 bolt you? You could tempering & charge, but mage tps and good luck getting closer after bolt spam. And if whirl instead of tempering, a simple tp should do the job.

​@@ConcordMass if mage tries to 5 bolt, they will take a ton of damage from slash. by the time they've five bolted, they need that time to heal instead. then it's even more simple because if you have temp you can get very close up and force them to waste their tp/cr, in which they've fell in your rhythm

Two questions: (1) What is your pvp skill setup? (2) What about people with little bell? Does little bell prevent freezing on every 5th ice bolt? Also, I think Warriors are immune to being frozen by chill rad while whirling.

What if your enemy has a lot def, hast, and hp?

Depends on the enemy class warrior, archer, mage or sham. If they do have more haste def and hp half the time their damage isn’t very high but if so they are well if not fully built which will be more difficult to take out. But the pvp process repeats until they die.
