As of Oct 6th I'm getting error "OAuth has been deleted" when trying to approve permissions. I get this on multiple different Google accounts. The add-on is currently unusable for me.

That's called reverse geocoding. I would suggest searching for add ons that allow you to do that. One example (not sure of the quality of it): chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/geocode-addresses/dnaoipccmokijfellmhjjeefenpmlonf?hl=en
