Don't know, it looks 90% like the first reference. To the point that if saw this work, out side of this video, I would have thought that you tried to copy first ref in 3D, but missed some detail.

Me too, honestly; the new logo just looks so… _boring._ If it were lineless, had brighter colors, had shading/lighting on it, or was even in 3D, I think it’d be *_way_* more appealing
