No, it appears that Distribution mode is not available on that model.

How do you know when to use binomial pd or binomial cd

If you have probabilities such as P(X=2) you use PD. If you have a an inequality in your probability such as P(X < 4) use CD.

Yes. You need to go to menu, statistics, binomial pdf then input (6,0.3) if you leave the x input blank it should then populate the line with the results. Not quite as user friendly as the table display, but you have the results.
