How to quickly fix your Power-Poles when they Won't Go Down!!!

Ours has green light but no music on power up. No Bluetooth but manual on the motor button lowers the pole. Was yours the same thing ? Your setup is the same with the same poles working and not working. Weird dreading the cost of a new mother board.

Call powerpole customer service. They also provide tech support. Hopefully the board is under warranty still.

Metal watch or rings are dangerous when working with 12v. Metal can short circuit 12 volts and fry a limb according to my shop teacher in 1966. Electricity may have changed since then, so it may be it does not fry limbs anymore. 😢

Great video, just had my less than 2 year old blade fail to go down on my evening fishing trip last night, worked perfect all morning then all of a sudden nothing, flashing green light, no music, voltage is good, called PP, closed till Wednesday for the holidays 😕, well, at least I have the Terrova, it just doesn't work well in skinny water

You’ve could of taken the circuit board from the Portside and installed on the Stbd side to absolutely tell if it was the circuit board or not? Good to kno PowerPole helped you out

Always swap from not working to working is my experience. So let say you take the good board and put it in side that does not work, and afterwards bad side still does not work. Two possibilities. 1) the board is not the problem 2) the board is problem because it was blown by another issue, and now you good side board is also blown. What you aim to do is determine if the bad side board is good or bad. So if you take the bad side board and put it in working side, and it does not work afterwards, the the board is definitely bad, and you did not risk breaking the already working side. Are you with me?

There are a few other things that can go wrong. A cylinder can go bad, the pump can get clogged and the lines can get weak.
