Quick scoping will make your hand hurt So I recommend you exercise your hands a lot. Or take a short break after playing 10 or 12 games.

Gung Ho is more useful than Amped because when you need to reload you do not have enough speed with Amped but if you need to reload with Gung Ho you can slide slide jump

Good tip on the training exercises. One thing I do is practice 180s on the moving targets (targets not bots) at every direction as well as hard scope training on multiple targets. I’ve even incorporated my girlfriend in my reaction time training by assigning numbers to targets and having her randomly blurt out a number every 5 seconds so I HAVE to find target and shoot within those 5 seconds and onto the next target.
