If you increase your brightness to 80-90 range, you can completely negate shadows. Very useful in SnD to spot dark sweaty characters like Rose Rook.

если ты не знал, все персонажи в codm подсвечивается красным, я и так играю на самых низких настройках имея мощное устройство которое выдержит ультра настройки не нагреваясь но что бы лучше видеть противников мне приходится играть на низких, а тут еще яркость повысить или насыщенность поднять, я тогда вообще удовольствия от игры потеряю, буду смотреть на два пикселя но зато лучше видеть противников да? какие еще изощрённые методы вы знаете?

@Noregent highlighted in red? You mean the red shoulder patch? That's only visible if the enemy character's shoulder is facing you. In most cases the enemy's shoulder is 90° to you and the shoulder patch is not visible, especially if they are mid to far away distance. An example would be if Rose is headglitching shop in crash you won't see jack shit. Also another reason is it's off grey skin color which blends with the shadows than pitch black. There is a reason why that skin is the most used ranked skin

aside from what you've properly covered, you should also have death markers opacity to 100 since it gives you an idea where an enemy could be or might've been. the map acts as your radar too so have some dilligence to look at it whenever shots are fired. lastly, i cannot stress this enough but please use ear/headphones cos it greatly helps "spotting" enemies by listening to sound cues p.s. if you're capable of applying these graphical changes but you're still not properly clearing angles, then it becomes useless lol

Tip:if you cant change your color on the first part,switch to medium,and then customize it,once your done just simply turn it back to low,it would save so dont worry of it being turned off
