If you’re a youth or junior rider you also need a calendar card which you can get from British Cycling for £12, allow loads of time for it to arrive it’s a slow process. Also a 30mm rim limit for Youth (U16 and under)

Not sure how fussed you are/if you shoot video in auto mode, but the flickering lights at 0:16 is caused by having the shutter speed not as a multiple of the frequency of the lights. House hold electrics in the UK are 50Hz, so if you set the camera to shoot 1/50s, 1/100s, 1/150s..... etc you'll be fine. Not really cycling related but thought it might help 👌

Nils Dillmann 1.12a is 120-140km. 1.12b is 100-120km

1.12b you can compeat as master or amateur licence. 1.12a you need elite licence

It's cheap to race in Belgium. But the standard appears very high which makes getting the prize money a difficult undertaking

CyclingCam a mate of mine did a gap year in France and Belgium in 99 after racing amateurs in Australia. He said the same thing. The pace was tough and the quality high. He also said (keeping in mind it was dark days for cycling) that the some guys used to smash massive breaks aways and the peleton would say: 'he has had his vitamin shot'. Apparently they were strong vitamin C shots!
