Still trying to workout if you can blow up walls? Or is it just the doors?

That's one of those things that are very server specific. My advice is to hop in discord of the sever you play on, and check for info. By default, both doors and walls can be blown up. Some server's find it more balanced to have only doors+gates raidable. In many cases, if you can't blow up a wall, it won't let you place it on the wall.

So that one is up to the server. On the Default settings you can blow up any wall. Many servers choose to do only Doors/Gates/Hatches ect. I'd recommend checking their discord.

Does the explosion have splsh damage? So if there would be a door exactly behind the first door, would both get taken down or take damage?

Yes you would damage the door behind it. I believe if the do 1 full wall away it would not reach. But if for example 2 doors were stacked very close to each other the explosion would go through the first door and reach the 2nd door.

Does anyone know how “soft raiding” works? Can someone just dismantle a wall from the inside or something? My base just got “soft raided” according to the admins but I’m still new and don’t know what that really means

Hmm they shouldn't be able to dismantle if you have a lock on. Could maybe mean they guessed the code?

Could you please do a video on warmth/insulation vs waterproofing and getting wet? I don’t know how to survive the rain; if I should wear waterproof clothing that is less insulating or extremely warm clothing that isn’t waterproof.

If rain is your enemy, Id say waterproof when you can, then make fires if you need warmth. If you are on a strictly cold map like Namalask, then warmth/insulation.

You should be able to with a crowbar. I only say "should" because server owners have the power to change what you can and can't.

@@worldoftanksnoob9052 i think there's a ServerProfile folder, then a .json in there where you can define what can go on what wall. Beyond that id say to check their discord for more troubleshooting

most servers using BaseBuildingPlus disable vanilla damage raiding tools such as nades and explosives. If they have it active those values should be on their discord.

How do hacksaws come into play( I’m unsure if it’s part of this mod or my specific server

It changes server to server, but one example is you can add "raid tools" to BaseBuildingPlus. So in that case it's typically only wooden doors then can be hacksawed. in those servers typically the hacksaw take durability when used, so it may take multiple hacksaws to get through.

Also if you shoot at the breaching charges,this will ruin them. Someone told my dumass friend to shoot thr breaching charge after attaching to the door. Thats how you activate it😂
