Maybe is only in the US but credit cards is the worst, least advisable way to raise capital. I would rather go to FFF and then regular loans than CC. Credit cards have huge credit demands that can seriously mark you. You can renegotiate your loans with friends and families, also you could do a second round for raising capital specially if your performance is good. So I will only use CC after everything has collapsed and have to skip town.

Thanks man:. TONNES of info! You go! I want to know if I can raise capital on cash-flow with poor credit (student loans aquired prior to 2008) and on a first deal or is this relegated to subsequent deals?

Moran am a big fan of your content which I believe is extremely valuable, my question is Can I do the acquisition business in a 3rd world country like Dominican Republic and be able to raise some Funds over there, I was born in there and know there is less regulations than here in America.
@izzykhan21435 жыл бұрын
Do you have to have a deal to pitch or could you get institutions to give you the capital because they know you will work for it, even if you haven't got anything to invest in yet? The reason I ask is because if you find a good deal, won't someone else who already has capital buy it quickly and the time taken to raise the capital might make you lose out? I am learning atm

Hello Moran. First of all I want to thank you for the new videos. I would like to hear your opinion on how to evaluate what is a business worth when for example a car repair garage has assets of 30k-50k and is making a 650k/year turnover with 245k EBITDA? With a asking price of 285k. At first glance is these business worth looking into it? Can these type of deals get financed? Thank you
@nezzrak6 жыл бұрын
245k EBITDA asking 285k is way too cheap. Either something's fishy about that business or the owners are stupid. If the owners are stupid then you could snap up some possibly good business for dirt cheap. And if the biz is good you can def finance that.

@StephenG16 жыл бұрын
How do you structure the meetings with the lenders? How do you provide "skin in the game" or "security" how do you structure the deals making them agree on your no money down deals or also known full LBO. I think you took this material from Dan Peña. Probably you've been in his castle seminar. Have you actually done a transaction?

When you first started raising capital did you partner up with someone to get their track record or where you able to get a good amount of capital with just your financial presentations? I'm looking to get million without a track record and wanna know if it's possible.
@halfawhiteguy31454 жыл бұрын
anything is possible...but that is highly improbable ....unless the numbers are someone giving away a 2 million dollar business for 40% value and your credit is top notch
