I've always looked to the spiritual persons and really admired them and wanna be like them but I was so materialistic. I was always thinking like "They have crystals, they have altars, they have oracle decks, they have perfect places to meditate, bla bla bla" And I was trying to buy so much stuffs, trying to have what they have. What ridiculous isn't it? A complete materialist person who tryna act like a spiritual person. After I realized it, I understood how much important our mindset. I learned spirituality isn't about this crystals, this oracle decks. It is about you. It is about something you have inside. I learned to flourish what I have, I learned to utilize my own stuffs, my own places. And as I do this, I realized how much beautiful things that I have. Only then, gratitude filled me and my life completely changed. Mindset guys, mindset.

What I've learned, especially during this lockdown, is the power of truly being still. We live in a society where "doing" holds more value than "being", which is quite unhealthy on so many levels. Yes, it is important to focus on long and short term goals and not just sit around doing nothing all day, but at the same time we have to alternate our more busy days with more relaxed, calmer days. It's okay to just read a book, write in your journal, draw/paint, or even just sit and breathe. Yin and yang.

Please could you make a video on submissive personalities? 12:30 I have been a musician for around 5-6 years now. This is totally true. If I am playing a sad piece from Cold Play or Bach with minor and descending scales for too long, it put's me into a terrible headspace. It can actually make feel kind of paranoid it's too late at night and I'm playing music written in that style.Theory is about how music makes us feel. Also, that segment you did on media was really good. Please post more about that.

Love that you mentioned the media. Since I stopped watching TV then got rid of it (just sharing my experience, not telling everyone to do the same) I feel so much better. I've noticed that people, even on the comment sections of those channels, are always angry, and that's because they keep poisoning themselves with such negative things. I'd love to see more people waking up to this, since the media wants the opposite, so they can control people and stay rich. I vote for a video on this issue. Much love, guys.

I like your vibe Vishudda, the videos do a lot of good bringing some sense of spirituality to peoples lives. Raising the vibration in that moment of viewing and hopefully after too. I don’t think avoiding the media around us is the way to enlightenment though. Our nation now more than ever needs younger generations to form their own political opinion and be vocal about it. A well informed opinion draws on many sources and experiences. That should include the greater media companies in my opinion because along with more conversation we have about we want as a generation we will see through their BS. Keep it up though man, your story is an inspiration

I think the same way... we can't be blind to what's going on in the world that might affect us the human race. Yes I agree to some degree about the news because I do see they r trying to divide us, but that it is upon ourselves to figure out what is true and what is false. I really only watch the news for the weather and always try other sources for my info so I can make my own conclusions. U never really know who is telling the truth now a days.

I think it would be super cool to do a news media video! I naturally ventured away from the news about three months ago (without understanding that it was part of my spiritual process) because I was skeptical and exhausted of listening to it. I noticed that was a lot happier in my day-to-day life and I became less stressed, and I am overall much more content with my life. I think it would benefit a lot of people if you made an in-depth video.

Realy amazing video! All these things resonated since I have been doing all of these things over the past two years and I can verify the thruthfulness of it. First thing I did was stop watching the news because I began to see the negative tunnel vision it created upon the world. It changed my life for the better. A year and a half ago I started meditating daily, now I'am at the point at which I meditate twice a day and it just made my life that much better. 5 years ago I would almost excusively listen to metal music, until I figured out that my feelings would get so dark and negative that I let go of it over time. Nowadays I don't realy care for a type of music or specific artist as long as it just creates a positive or relaxt feeling. I also picked up sports again a year and a half ago after not being able and motivated to do so for like a year straight. I started practicing Krav Maga which I realy enjoyed and half a year ago I decided to go and excersize my body more so I decided to also pick up racketball, running and since a little while also yoga. I have never felt this good in my life and want to confirm everything in this video as absolutely through. Ofcourse this doesn't mean I'm there yet. Momentarily I'm focussing on a lot of shadow work which I started seeing as kind of a hobby. It is not always fun, but if you can resolve your own suppressed unconcious feelings and behaviours the universe just awards you in ways you can't even imagine. Thanks again for the video, it realy showed me I'm on the right way, on the direction I want to go in life. :)

I gta say I love myself some sad music but you're right in that regard. If one continuously listens to negatively impacting music one is bound to start feeling that way all the time. We literally become what the music we listen to portrays but I mean it's all fine if it can be taken in moderation.
