Another great video and I really liked how herbal this tare was, especially the mushrooms and seaweed. I think I would prefer the miso tare, but that's just an overall preference than anything else. Though the mortal and pestle for the fish flakes was a bit of a funny part as well lol.

Question about the Kombu. I left mine soaking for about 4 hours and it got all slimey, like, the water had almost globule like consistency. Is that a normal thing?

I absolutely adore your content! One question tho - how much is a sheet of konbo? Mine comes in rolled sheets weighing 2.5 grams a piece. They seem solar in size to your sheet, but I think mine are a little smaller.. measurement pls...?
