Shio Ramen Making Process: Clam Shio Tare, Chintan Soup, Pork Belly Chashu, Noodles from Scratch

Today, I made handmade shio ramen from scratch to show shio ramen-making process.
This is also my little shio ramen experiment, experimenting with different styles of pork belly chashu and clam shio tare.
I wanted this bowl to be lighter compared to creamy broth but still packed with umami and it certainly was!
As mentioned in the video, I tried to change up by using different angles and lights. Please let me know if you like the video!

Another wonderful video mate, I soooooo love ramen and this looks sublime. One suggestion I do have for your videos though, in several of them you say to follow part of a recipe from a previous video. Scallion garlic duck fat in particular for this video. A link to the actual video in the description would be helpful, but it's by no means a deal breaker. Just a thought. Regardless your channel is full of really clear and well constructed recipes. Your skill at cooking is inspiring, I love your attention to detail and I've not watched one that I didn't think I'd love to eat myself!
