How to re-arrange YouTube Playlists. 2017

This is arranging clips within a playlist. I'm want to move the entire playlist to appear in a specific order on my homepage.

This is NOT re-arranging YT Playlists. It IS re-arranging videos within a particular Playlist only, and it's very painstaking, especially if u have over a hundred videos in every playlist. There's got to be a better way. We are talking about travelling to Mars now and we still can not figure out how to arrange YT playlists in alphabetical order.

Can Viewers (NOT content creators) sort playlists by TOPIC or other categories in addition to oldest & newest? My SEARCHES only bring up editing for content CREATORS, not users.

Misleading title. This is how to reorder videos in a playlist, not how to reorder a playlist. Wasted my time.

OMG! Been trying to drag and drop and could NOT figure out how. I was resorting to the menu at the right which only allows you to move to top or bottom. Thank you!!

Bits in there I didn't know, thanks. As I upload clips of rugby matches I like to get them in chronological order in the playlist with Clip 1 first to play. To achieve this, irrespective of the order I upload them, I use the MORE tab for each video on the right hand side of the edit screen, to SEND TO BOTTOM, starting with Clip 1 then Clip 2 etc. Laborious, but after no more clicks than there are clips, Clip 1 appears at the top with the others in order below it.

changing order of playlists does not mean change the videos in them. Two different things that most seem to not understand !!!
