I have exercised for about 20 years, but didn't focus much on "protein richness", though healthy diet was a norm, being a vegan. I also injured my back during a ego lift about 5 years back. Now your videos motivated me to resume my work out, at least 3 days, focusing on right protein diet. Your information is awesome, and highly insightful and helpful. Thank you brother. Hi venket I am waking at 5.30 Taking lemon water Doing 100 jumping rope 10 min warm up 5 km walk Morning vegetables juice and almonds . Lunch 2 pulkas 1 nonveg curry Using coconut oil 3 spoons . Dinner only fruits Invetween butter milk and Peanut butter 2 slices bread . Sleeping 8 hours Drinking 10 glass water Still my weight stuck not even decreased 1 kg Previous I used to eat full with sugars than also same weight . Any solution....
