No ! If you believe that the supplier is legit and Amazon would accept that invoice then just edit the invoice little bit according to the supplier info and submit that invoice again !

If you got violation for your invoice product then remove the violation and your products will automatically deleted and If you don't have invoice then appeal to Amazon and talk about your mistake ! This is the only way to get out from this issue
