i have one company did ship my goods they charge me to ship by the air but they did ship by the sea after 70 days the gods arrive and even i had trade insurance alibaba take the side of the shipping company saying that " the good been shipped and u got them" i di fight for 3 monthes without any result. alibaa refund just if no recive otherwise they take the factories or the shipping company. how you find good shipping company in alibaba.com because the companies for shipping the give quote and creat the order but after they pick up the goods they change the quote can explain in video ? thank you for all the infomative videos

I live in shanghai and been handing sourcing,supply chain management,QC and shipping for the last 6 years.I have never created deals behind clients backs direcly with the factory.I work a bit differently,my clients pay me aretainer,with that they get full transpatency withwhom the factory is,contacts etc.working that way offers us both the trust and ability to know why we are working together,they pay me ,i share info.They essentially have their own consuitant as a trusted partner to assist them in handling everything from start to finish.I get paid,they get what they want and more. Good video,informative and spot on.I use multiple sources to find factories if I dont have a product on my database.

For third part inspection, you can contact with Zoom inspect( China 3rd party inspection Company). In third party inspection, they will go to the supplier's factory & examine your items. Then will make a report & would send you. You can check that if there would be too much minor or major defects. If that so, tell supplier to clear all issues. And you should arrange 2nd inspection if there would many defects in 1st inspection.

Hi. This is a 4 month late reply to your question so not sure if you still need to know this (if not take this as your sign to go for it). The whole premise of dropshipping is to be the middleman for buyers by first, selling them a product and two, shipping those products on behalf of the buyer to the customers directly. That's the basis of the whole model. Hope that helps!

I guess the 2 most important tips are 1. Use Alipay or escrow 2. Choose a buyer-friendly shipping such as DDP Good video, answers alot of questions and of coarse we watched all the way to the end, youre very easy on the eyes. ;D
