hello ryan, i am a bit lost and i dont know what i should do...maybe u can give me some advice. i haid a kundalini awakening over a year ago,i haid manic episoses(visioens, deep thoughts and thinking)and i felt a connection to a higher self and the universe...during my awakening and psychoses i did things, i started loosing weight etc, i wanted a healthy body. but i strayed away... i then regained weight, ate onhealthy and wasnt really moving forward for months...now i am really trying again,working on my body meditation, yoga, my food...but the connection that i haid for months(that higher conciousness) is gone...i wanne activate it again, but its not happening anymore, i remain (normal) in the beginning the only thing i haid to do to activate it wasse nostril breathing.my girlfriend didnt like it me being in that state so i quit doing it and now it doesnt happen anymore even if i do it... what should i do from here? any suggestions? thank u 🙏
