How to read Chinese characters - English subtitles available!

The sound quality isn't great - so I've edited all the subtitles now!!
In this second part (first part here: • Video ) of "How hard is Chinese to learn?", I have put together an explanation of how they are written, and then at about 10 minutes done some translation to show you how the writing system works!

What do you mean by “Chinese”? Mandarin or Cantonese?

This is specifically reading, so either. Although I am learning Mandarin, I learn both simplified and traditional, but use traditional in my films as that's what I am focusing on now.
