Brother Please for me let see again Its 9.45mm because circular scale only cover one revolution after 9 mm you can easily see there on main scale's upper side (not lower side which shows 0.5, 1.5,......9.5mm ) circular scale cross only half part of that division after 9mm ont fully crossed thats why my dear brother that is 9.45 mm Please check again
