Spot on explanation matched my thought process but still takes some courage to play f5 as white has no access points into kingside EXCEPT for the one tempo when Black’s bishop takes the white rook on c7 & in doing so comes off the kingside diagonal allowing the intermezzo of White’s Queen coming in with check. These in-between 1 tempo aka “intermezzo” moves are often SO darn important and So darn hard to see! Excellent example and thanks for sharing! Cheers!

Please more positional puzzles like that instead of computer games. Stockfish videos sometimes can be to complicated to follow
