Thanks a lot to Nonari sb and Ahmad sb No words can be enough to show my gratitude for this very important informative pratical lecture. A treasure of knowledge was shared in a very short time. I watched this materpiece on youtube, please see, many times the guest speaker was intrupted, either by the host or the audience, and the speaker missed out his point when he started again. No offence please, intruptions may be based upon good intentions or containing genuine queries, but please, hold them for question answer session at the end. Many queries were to be answered automatically by the speaker hismself if the whole lecture had been allowed to continue uninteruppted. Time is precious for all of us. Please keep it formal, do not seem informal or let others to be so. For making these lectures to be considered a serious venture by all concerned nationally or internationally, strict standardization is required. All queries should reach the host first, in writing, he can see, if it is worth forwarding and that too at the end in the designated time for question s and answers. Please dont make it discussion or dialogue, let it remain in lecture form, it will save time and diversions, resulting in maximum knowledge shareing by the speaker. Late commers should not be allowed to ask questions which were answered fully in the lecture. I can understand, despite shortage of resources, you are managing things in a very good way, it is appreciable. Kind regards
