I really wish crochet kits would tell you the size of their yarn.

I've never bothered paying attention. Mostly i just check its double knit and its acrylic. Ive made several jumpers and cardigans now but the first one took me 7 or 8 tries of getting so far and starting again. I have no idea if my gauge is right but the last 2 items i made came out perfect. Everything I've learned has been through watching toutube videos and then i have a go🤷‍♀️🤣

I think there is some detail at the end of the clip: ie. either machine or hand wash the yarn.

@@samzalak4849 yes she said how to take care of that yarn, but I was talking about the symbols they put on all yarn telling you how to care for the yarn. Because yarn I’ve had tells you with symbols only on how to care for yarn.

It's not so difficult. First is usually water temperature and program. Triangle for laundry bleach, iron with t°, letters for dry cleaning by professional. A x on the symbol : don't do it. Square with circle for drying...
