Bro you have to check all the white skills and the skills a training improves . Add the white skills of the player that the training improves and divide it by the number of skills being improved. E.g. slalom dribble improves fitness,speed ,passing, dribbling , so you add all these skills of the player and divide by 4. Whichever drill gives the lowest average is the best drill for best results.
