Easier Cheaper And A Less Suspicious Smaller Option: We Will Make A Small Graffiti extinguisher The Stuff You Will Need 2 Empty Water Bottles A Thumb Tac Or Something That Can Poke A Hole And Water And Ink First Step Is To Mix The Ink With The Water About 60% Ink And 40% Water Next Step Is To Put The Ink Mixture In A Water Bottle And shake It While It’s Closed And Let It Sit The Next Step Is To Remove The Cap From The Other Water Bottle And Poke A Hole Throw The Other Bottle But Keep The Cap That Has A Hole Next Step Is To Put The Cap With The Hole And Put It On The Bottle With Ink In It Then Boom You Got A Graffiti extinguisher If Your Not Using The extinguisher Put The Cap On Without A Hole And Store It Use The Tool Whenever You Want [WARNING:Do This In A Safe Environment And Don’t Blame Me If You Get In Trouble By The Law Thank You]
