How to reassemble Polini Thor Flash Starter

Hi! After having read some posts on the starter problem, I suspected that grease (mixed with dust) was the source of starter teeth malfunction. So I decided to clean all grease off! However, at this point in time, I believe a little grease to lubricate the moving parts is necessary and should prolong the life of the parts.

How hard is it to remove the Flash Start from the Thor100 itself? Does the engine need removing from the Paramotor frame?

The only thing I should mention is you have no grease in there?

It depends on the frame, Sergeant. Mine doesn't need to remove the motor off the frame at all. Just take the harness off and I can access the back of the engine to remove the starter.
