Appreciate helpful video. I've done SMD soldering for years, but just recently decided to give reballing a try. I really appreciate not just doing multiple takes when things don't go exactly right the first time. Especially showing why too much flux is bad, and what to do when things happen is way more helpful than "watch me do this perfectly."

Good Reball Tutorial there are many mistakes that you can make that do not work so very carefully follow this procedure for good success dry Paste and 3d Stencils also according to how difficult to remove stencil you should Clean and always Reflow and Clean once the BGA Chip is removed.

Everything is fine, but the solder on the processor legs is not what I want. What do you think is the reason? Could it be from the template? I bought mine from simple cheap aliekspres.

My metal stencil which is not a 3D stencil always bugles up with the heat and I get blobs on the chip. Any tips?

When the emmc chip is heated to remove it, before reballing..can the emmc chip be re used after removing it by heating or will it get destroyed by the heat from the heat gun??
