Are the walls made of marine plywood? Did you fiberglass coat them before installing?

Hi what type of wood did you use for the floor and sides and how much did this project cost you?

Hi Lauren! You can use multiplex, but we used concreteplex plates. Total cost should be somewhere around €900. All the wood, stainless steel hardware, tubes of sealant, primer, paint and tires. If you have any questions let us know!

Oh I thought Brennerups where from Polyester? Well i’m in The Netherlands (Europe) so I bought it locally: www.dehoutgroothandel.nl/betonplex/18mm-berken-betonplex-zwart-glad I’m sure home depot or lowes should have it as well. Make sure you use stainless steel hardware and polymere sealant (due to the horse pie)! If you need more help just let me know!

I came here to ask this! I’m doing the same with my trailer - what thickness board did you use? It looks like 18mm which is thicker than what’s on mine currently - did you upgrade it and if so did the thicker board cause any problems fitting it to the existing chassis? Thank you!

Good job, but it is a missrd opportunity that you didn't painted the wheels, the polyester, removed the rust on the chassis and the wheels. It's all in the details
