How to Rebuild an MTM Foam Canon

Mine is doing the same. Took it apart. Replaced the screen, worked great one time, now it won’t make foam and the blades won’t contact each other.

Thanks for video. I would've trashed this cannon if not for this video. I too found no apparent cause and took it apart and all the teflon was old and hard. Suspect some bits got in the jets.

Nice video. I have 2 MJJC Foam lance. How often you clean Your lance?. I have never do it. But I chould do it because I se It be better. Im littel afreid I dont make It right. But I have to learn It. Mine was New fore 1 year ago. I washing car only some month a year because I live In Norway. But I have to learn to fix/clean this foam lance.

Yes I understand. I order a New Lance now from England. Autobrite. Them have allready send it. That coust some Money but Its really good. I have 2 Foam Lance MJJC and them have work good fore me. I use Nilfisk washer pressure 150 Bar Its really good and deliver mutch water. I have some video on my chanal If you want to se.

Where did you get that connection between the foam cannon and karcher wand? I have a K2 and i wanna buy this foam cannon for it.

It came with the foam cannon. When I ordered it there was an option what which manufacture of pressure washer it was going on.

Clean water should be run though it and if you have an air-compressor, blowing air though it will help with drying the inside. Otherwise a soap and/or a coliseum buildup will occur and your back to a non foaming cannon.
