You're system is extremely flawed, I have a friend that is mad at me and is mass reporting me for "sexual language and harassment" (this happened a day ago, and today, jumping from a 1 hour timeout to a 5 day one) they haven't been in a lobby with me for at least a week and you have access to our messages I'm sure, so you can see nothing sexual is there. I don't understand how if someone is determined enough, they can ruin my account where I've made countless friends and spent money and time. It's not fair. They are likely going to continue reporting me after I come back and I'm sure it will be for even longer if not indefinitely next time, and you guys will do nothing to stop it. I just hit level 50 too...
