How to Record a New Loan and Loan Payments in QuickBooks Online

how do you enter a new loan that had processing fees, when you receive the amount different from the amount financed?

Credit loan including fees Debit cash in bank or awesome thing purchased Debit fees expense

How do I connect my bank account with the loan in that login. Its asking me i account type either bank or credit card,. I want to add the bank login i took the loan from so that when I make payments its all auto populating it. Thank you

You cannot connect the loan. I've seen people do it using work arounds but it messed up the balance sheet. The payments will post when you record the payment leaving the checking account.
