That's great. These concepts should work with most editors. Thank you!

Ahh the good old hand clap trick to sync the audio. That's something we all learn early on up sync up our footage when filming. The hardest part though is getting the SDcard footage that has no audio synced with the screen recording. Lol. Funny enough, in over 8 years I've never had anyone ask me this question so it's interesting that you get asked this often

Great informative video. 👍 Is the dji mic an independent recorder or is it connected to your action Camara 🎥
@IdahoQuadcopter4 ай бұрын
It can be both Chris. I often use the mic independently. Thank you!

Marcus make sure to tell people to not use VBR 'variable bit rate' when recording video as it can cause audio to drift out of synchronisation. I found that out the hard way lol. Only benefit is smaller file sizes!
@IdahoQuadcopter4 ай бұрын
Good advice! Thank you!

Thought it was VFR. The Fimi Mini 3 suffers a noticeable "drift" after about a few minutes of flight.
@aerotro4 ай бұрын
@GorillamansGarage I guess theirs always some drift with mismatching encodering formats, but I discovered some video editors have a time shift feature to stretch or compress the timeliness of audio or video. It's a lot of faffing about if you have to do that, but it can help. The hard part is synching the end too as well as the start.
