What about condenser microphones that use 3.5mm jack instead of USB? I wonder how that condenser microphone gets it power as most condenser microphones commonly need Phantom power to supply them with 48v.

I think you need to use converter

You can. But you need to adjust the timing accordingly though not recommended. Insted you can use an adopter for both inputs. Viz headphones and mic

You can buy one usb c adopter in which you can have multiple outputs.
