Assume a scenario of a barkery with production tracked per 50kg quantity of wheat flour but because of the differences in quality of flour and moisture content, sometimes the production exceeds the BOM request or it comes with a deficit. How would that be treated in manufacturing for Tally Prime?

Hi! In that scenario, rather than the details specified in the BOM you can override the quantity while passing the transaction. Wherein, even tho you have overridden the quantity next time while passing the transaction with same BOM the details will be captured from the BOM created not the overridden quantity.
