How to Record Sales from PayPal in QuickBooks

Hi Candus, I am using the Daily Sales Summary to record online sales through PayPal. How should I handle Chargebacks and Disputes? Can that be done on the Daily Sales Summary?

Can you do one video with sales in square? And this method can be use for service made but charged with square. Or it is another way to record it? And the fees charged by the credit card are not taxable?

In QB Desktop Pro 2019, I got a warning message "This item is associated with an expense account" for the first approach (making an 'other charge' item). I guess QB think it's a little odd to have an expense item on sales receipt.

I did this and it works like a charm!! Thank You! I had a ball processing them! Is there a way to have it show in the paypal register only? It is showing in the main register also.

Then I must have missed a step because it is showing up on the PayPay register and the regular bank account register... I will rewatch the two video again.

in my version, in stead of "deposit to" , there is "class"
