My favorite tip was vocal comping to get the perfect lead take. I’ve always heard of doing this but the way you broke it down helped me fully understand why I should be doing it from now on
@MadRezStudios3 жыл бұрын
Vocal comping is a must in the professional vocal world. Some artists dont always need to but even some of the most talented artists use the technique to really get the very BEST performance for the song.

I get a lot of inspiration from all the stuff I see and I love the movement. I am a MacGyver type of guy I can literally build anything. I’ve been giving this a lot of thought lately making my own sound booth and watching your video actually gave me inspiration. I already have it built in my head and I have the best idea and I’m going to build it and do a KZbin video. I think I will be the very first one to ever do it! You are a star.kkkkkkk. i was told that i don`t have to use a vocal temp with preset effects already added because they distort the vocals on recording. its like they wanted to hear how bad i sound without effects then they can prejudge me.
@xtkfpv53063 жыл бұрын
Love the bonus tip, vocal presets, very smart for establishing a consistent unique production style. Just like recording artists develop a certain sound, so it is with production artists. For example Quincy Jones had such a unique production sound. You can hear his influence across the board regardless of the artist he was working with and even if you can't name the artist or the song, you know that Quincy produced it.
