I tried to use Disk Drill. After the scanning done, I choose the file that I want to recover and choose my external HDD. Program says "File is recovered." but file doesn't seem at HDD.

We used disk drill to recover the files we deleted by mistake before backing them, but when the files were saved, even though the disk drill indicated all the files had a high chance of recovery, all the raw video files were unusable.
