Sir, நான் confirm ticket app download செய்தேன். 10 வருஷத்துக்கு முன்னாடி இருந்த userd வழியாகப் புக் செய்தேன். Payment ம் ஆகிவிட்டது. ஆனால் கடைசியில் ticket கொடுப்பதற்கு முன்னால் password கேட்கிறது. சுத்தமா மறந்து விட்டேன். இந்த user ID create செய்த mobile number இப்போது என்னிடம் இல்லை. என்ன செய்வது.
