If you create an account in AR you have to give them your email. But, if you played as guest then your data is not saved. If you registered properly in the past, I would suggest you to try every email you remember or you think you might have used to register in AR. Atleast one of them will work.

You can try to input different recovery emails. Like all the emails you have on your phone. Atleast one of them will match.

Well, you can't 'delete' your account in Assoluto Racing. It's not possible.
