@tunbo2705 it's on the 40th floor in mount far away i think... 30th, 40th or 50th. and you need a key. and if i remember right keys can be found in dungeons after buried relic

kinda it does wid the friend bow its like a negative sotin % chance of recruit but u should have the item (forgot wat its called) that instead of attacking u it attacks itself

You can't carry X-RAy Specs and Friend Bow at the same time. Unless you carry it in the toolbag and switch it in the floor where's Kecleon's

all you need is a friend bow and a lvl 90-100 pkmon, that'll give you a chance of 0.1% to catching a kecleon. best you can do is keep killing them until you get a lucky shot.

I always wear a friend bow while attacking a life time of Kecleon and im never close to getting one and my Gengar is lvl 100

For some odd reason i was in sinister woods and then my partjner (charmander) leveled up 6 times (from 22 to 28) his health went to 999 and he is like invincible

1 you need at least a lvl 91 or higher pokemon with a friend bow to have a 0.1% chance of rescuiting a kecleon kecleon are the strongest and hardest pokemon to get

you know, i tried it on pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of sky and you only make 1-2 damage and when you almost defeat him other kecleon come to help him. but becareful too. his attacks are strong. even if you have a lv.80 pokemon...

Hey ppl!!! This may be NOT A HACK U KNOW?!? He could have saved a lot (and I mean ALOT) of life seed to get his HP into 999!! And it is possible to get your regular attack to about 500 or more if you trained your Pokemon well! Think before you say mean things to this guy!! -.-

On Blue? Because I have him on blue and time. It's my secret but I guess I can share one way. I use a Charizard and with Xray specs in Mt.Blaze use a one room and drought orb and go from there switch to a friend bow i use heat wave when im surrounded with like....3 ginsengs I am now doing Kecleon recruits, anyone who would like one can message me on it. =]
