After watching the whole video it's amazing the relationships this staff has from top to bottom. It starts at the top and when you respect your boss and peers and genuinely care for one another you will go above and beyond to not let those people down. I truly believe those relationships bleed into the relationships in recruiting and as an ND fan we are seeing the results. Not every big time player is a fit at ND for several different reasons but Chad and his staff have done a great job in identifying talent AND people that can help win a championship and also be great ambassadors for ND ☘️

The relationship between Chad and CMF is a secret weapon for success imo. The trust CMF can have that Chad is pushing his vision is something that just can't be overstated and imo the results are there and continue to come with recruiting at an elite level

Imagine ND and UGA going for a top recruit and Kirby comes in landing his helicopter and after all the hoopla settles down and Kirby feeling all king like and then Freeman jumps out of a chopper and lands with a parachute. Nobody will even remember Kirby was there😂

The evaluations of Chad and this staff is on point. They have shown the ability to identify talent early and even the guys who seemed like a stretch when they committed have taken steps in the film the next year to show they can come to ND and contribute to a championship. I love how 23 and 24 fit together but the thing that gets me most excited is the competitive mindset those guys have!
