This is tough to make connections unless you got a huge network. Free 3rd degree connections are not enough for head hunting hard to fill roles. And inMail caps on Premium accounts are very limited. Maybe LI getting wise to all the hacks for bypassing Pro subs.

Hi, I've been doing recruiting for over 5 years now. I've lost ALL passion or just even wanting to do it anymore. The thought of getting up in the morning to do it makes me unhappy, and I wanted to know what in your opinion is another career that recruiters (technical/healthcare/transportation) can transition into? There’s lots of ways to source for free on LinkedIn. Sales navigator on LinkedIn is a solid option for the price
