Love the acknowledgement of cool thoughts and notes during workouts! I strongly feel the regimented, early schedule with exercise is a great means to being indestructible during the day. Less burnout/emotional crumbling and higher efficiency. For me anyway... I know some people are night owls. Great video, your enthusiasm is super contagious, I'm actually smiling at the screen.

Thank you. You have a beautiful smile/face. I would like to see more A Day in the Life as a recruiter videos. What differences or similarities are there between agency recruiters and in-house recruiters, multiple perspectives and styles, please.

Thanks! I have a video coming up soon that goes over the difference between internal and agency recruiters. I will add your suggestion to my list.

I think I have all the ingredients to be a good recruiter. What holds me back is a lot of the abuse that these agencies give to their recruiters or at least that’s what I read. I don’t think I can get into corporate recruiting because I do not have enough experience. Are there any good agencies out there that wants to see you succeed with a very little turnover?

I am a high school social studies teacher and I am planning on leaving education. I am interested in Recruitment. Do you think my skills as an educator can work in this field?
@verybadminimalist84462 жыл бұрын
I think so! Communication skills, organization, and creative problem solving are the top traits needed to be a good recruiter (I think)

I’ve literally watched my company pluck any old nurses aide right off the floor and plug them into the HR assistant recruiter role… Anybody can learn honestly.

Can I recruit from anywhere? I'm wondering if I can do this work 100% remotely from my rural home on the east coast?
@briannarooney10182 жыл бұрын
Yes of course! The only that might come into play is the time zone but that’s an easy fix
@beckyw57152 жыл бұрын
@@briannarooney1018 Thanks. I wasn't sure if recruiters who work from home are required to go into the office at all (which in my case would require extensive travel)?
@TheMillionaireRecruiter2 жыл бұрын
Some companies may require you to work in the office at least some of the time. Look for roles that mention it is remote first.

Why do you need thick skin?

I think this is something you need in life, but particularly for Recruiting it's important. You will be on a search and all of a sudden your candidate cancels the onsite interview, or they don't accept your offer, or your company changes their mind on the role, etc. etc. Recruiting is an industry that comes with constant changes and you can never take it personally.
