In this video, I have shown how to use an old SMPS of your PC as Battery Charger of 100 Ah, and smartphone charger.
Step by step guidelines for each output voltage with amperes..
The output we are getting from old SMPS are-
3.3 V ...... 14 Amp
5 V ......... 25 Amp
12 V........ 14 Amp
5V .......... 2 Amp
-5 V
-12 V...

*This battery reconditioning program exceeded my presumptions. It worked on any drill battery, several AA and AAA batteries, **batery.repair** and any camera battery. The steps are simple and the act itself is exciting to do. No matter what type of battery you`ve got, it is sure to function again!*

Anything that helps us to re-purpose things into something useful instead of binning it is always welcome. Brilliant video. This works, has saved me stacks of cash and educated me too. Well done sir.

I feel grateful this reconditioning program kzbin.infoUgkxcJ22tnHH9l1vjdIdEIG27iOG55P7LXI8 was started. I had Three dead batteries scheduled for disposing of. Having said that, I tried out reconditioning them and it took me only an hour to do it! It doesn`t matter what type of battery you want, the process works.

Thanks for showing me how to make a 12v 30amp power supply. Needed for a model A ford wall art project that I wanted a working horn on. Bought a power supply but it didn't have enough amps to run the horn properly. This computer power supply does the trick for sure.

the battery charging voltage of a 12 volt lead acid battery is 2.3 volt per cell i,e 2.3*6=13.8 volt and 1/10 of the ah rating of the battery eg a 100 ah battery needs 10 amp current to charge the battery. However the project is good for low ah battery.

Vivekananda Mandal you can charge any battery at the recommended cv and cc by the manufacturer!! My 12v 7.2ahr battery has an initial current of 3amps so i set the cc on my ltc3780 to 3amp and volt to 14.4v and atfirst it changes at cc until the battery current reduced under 3amp it goes to cv and trickle charges and then when the charge current is near 0 i disconnect the charger andthere i have a healthy 7.2ahr battery that is still works for 4years now!!

HELLO sir, This was a great way to create a Charger from An Old SMPS of earlier Desktops. I am highly impressed. Can you help me Create a 48V Battery Charger for my Ebike which I have completed recently? Presently I am charging four 12V batteries separately and then connecting in series to make 48V. I am using Lithium packs of 24 Cells for each 12V Battery.
