I have recently turned 80 yrs. old...and am so conscious and aware of the ways I have wasted my time...and still struggle with NOT squandering the time I have left, however many hours or days that may be. I did overtime in work , helping others, family and stranger, and differnt periods in life lost in drunkenness and fornications . Though I have spent many year in worship, word and prayer. Still I cannot express the desperation in every second of my mind on the kingdom of heaven. Watching discerning and doing his wills. Writing ,speaking not preaching and giving love . His kind of real love. In this world so much hate and attacks. Im shut down at every moment in kindness and love I have to rest in sancruary and rest because it gets overwelming. And get back up again and regain the strength. Yet I discern. The time is precious for the moment of time maybe now for the glory to him.

Beloved friend All things are possible , it's never too late unless you are in Type 4( which brings Death) If you are Willing you Can change the way you Live, Think, and Actions. Your intake of SUGAR IS THE CAUSE OF Diabetes, glaucoma, Alzheimer, and Obesity . And I am Not talking About 2 teaspoons of sugar, But the Process Foods Drinks etc . Cakes Biscuits ,Fast Foods, ( that has syntactic sugar that your Body can't burn off) cereals that contain sugar , it only takes Small changes ,less money to buy fresh greens fish you can stream, fruit drinks that are NOT FROM CONCENTRATE . Too much SUGAR. PLease Avoid taking insulin it only pushes you to move to the Next stage. Don't say you are too old to change . I am now almost 79 with no meds health as a 20 year old , my GP IS NOT PLEASE WITH ME? because I don't take any meds or Flue jabs. WHAT JESUS CANNOT DO DOES NOT EXIST : ✝️❤️
