Hello Sachit, Only a co-applicant of an education loan can claim the tax benefit under Section 80E of the Income Tax Act. If your aunt is your co-applicant, she can claim this benefit. Hello mam , i talked to one of your agent about loan of 4 lacs but she told me that we make scholars only provide loans above 7.5 lacs. For applying loan below 7.5 lacs she shared me details of your partners vidyaloans. Mam you never mentioned them in any of your videos. She told me they will help me to apply for loan of 4 lacs but vidyaloans fee is 10000 + 18% GST. Mam waht is this ? You claim you never charge anything for laons but you shared details to 3rd parties and they have a lot of processing fees. Mam do you an answer to this ?

We are only authorized to assist students whose education loan requirement is more than 7.5 lakhs. Vidyaloans is a trusted organization we are partnered with to help students with education loan requirements of less than 7.5 lakhs. The processing fees are charged by Vidyaloans for the education loan process and not by the bank. If the loan requirement is low banks will be reluctant to give education loans, Vidyaloans help students with low education loan requirements. However, it is up to the student to pay the processing fees. If you are willing to continue with your education loan process then we suggest you to stay in touch with the Vidyaloans team.
