How to reduce sliding down in bed using wedges and pillows

i may not be using this product but these are generally good points to follow, i have GERD from a quirk of genetics, if i slip down in bed i get sick to the point of...well we won't get into it, but i always look for ways to improve my technique, and this is very useful info to have for anyone who needs to rest in an upright or mostly upright position

Thank you for the tips! I'm very short with bad back pain, which is relieved by sleeping on an adjustable bed frame. However, it is made with average or tall people in mind. I'm constantly waking up after having slid down the mattress. I'll try your tips. I'm trying to find out if sleeping with my bed raised at the head is bad for forward head posture. I can't find any answers. What is your opinion on this?

Would be nice to have done a smaller incline for those of us without adjustable bed. Many of us use a wedge pillow for sleep apnea but we slide down by morning time. None of us figured soln yet

I'm sorry you fell out of bed but this isn't a bed guard rail. It's a positioning wedge cushion that you lie on to help get the pressure off your bony prominences. Our products are not designed to prevent you from falling out of bed.
